StudioLive Series III digital mixers are a part of a full networkable ecosystem of products that are designed to work together seamlessly. Whether you’re managing your AVB network from your StudioLive Series III console or UC Surface on your computer or tablet, PreSonus makes it easy to route audio and configure your network fast so you can get on with the show or the session.
Stage Boxes
The PreSonus® NSB-series networked stage box lets you put analog I/O for your StudioLive® Series III digital mixer wherever you need it. Equipped with digitally controlled XMAX mic preamps, balanced line level inputs and balanced line level outputs, NSB-series stage boxes integrate seamlessly into StudioLive Series III digital mixers with a single Ethernet connection. Remote control input trims, phantom power, and more, directly from your StudioLive Series III console or from UC Surface remote mixing software on your tablet or laptop. A built-in AVB switch lets you daisy-chain other StudioLive AVB ecosystem products quickly and easily.
Personal Monitoring
The PreSonus EarMix 16M is an advanced 16-channel personal monitor mixer designed to provide a high-quality, expandable, networked monitoring solution for stage, installed sound systems, and studio recording. We gave the EarMix 16M professional sound quality, easy-to-use mixing features, and a high-performance headphone amplifier, to ensure you have the monitoring tools you need for any situation. A built-in AVB switch lets your daisy-chain multiple EarMix 16M right from your StudioLive Series III mixer… or add a SW5E AVB switch and add PoE so you can connect your EarMix 16M mixers wherever you need them.
Switches
An AVB network relies on an intelligent AVB switch to analyze network traffic and ensure that critical audio data is prioritized when connecting more than two devices. This guarantees the low-latency, high-quality audio performance for which AVB is known. The PreSonus® SW5E AVB switch fully complies to the AVB standard while providing Power over Ethernet (PoE) to devices that can take advantage of it, like the PreSonus EarMix 16M. Equipped with five locking Ethernet connections, the PreSonus SW5E AVB switch provides Power over Ethernet for up to four devices on the network. An unpowered Link connection makes it easy to add AVB switches as your network needs grow. Network Activity and Link indicators allow you to verify your network data is flowing correctly.
Dante Options
The PreSonus AVB-D16 is the first plug-and-play endpoint that bridges AVB and Dante™ networks. Now you can send and receive up to 16 audio channels between an AVB and Dante network with one simple device. Onboard AVB-networking and the AVB-D16 make it possible to add Dante functionality to your StudioLive Series III mixer without the unnecessary hassle of an internal option card. Simply connect one or more AVB-D16 AVB-to-Dante bridges to your existing StudioLive Series III AVB network to add 16 channels of Dante I/O with each bridge. AVB-D16 makes the vision of plug-and-play functionality between audio networks a reality!
EQ and Compression Model Add-ons
Thanks to advanced engineering and the unique interoperability between PreSonus® hardware and software, you can enhance your StudioLive® Series III mixer and Studio One® Fat Channel with plug-in processors. These State Space-modeled plug-ins are virtual signal processors that load in your StudioLive Series III console or rack mixer’s Fat Channel, expanding your Fat Channel processor library much like plug-ins do in a DAW. Each plug-in comes in both StudioLive Series III format and Fat Channel XT format so you can use your new processor on your mixer or in your favorite DAW.
